The Annual General Meeting of the Barnsley Biodiversity Trust was held on Monday 27 January at Barnsley Town Hall with reports from Barnsley council’s biodiversity officer and on the Barnsley Biological Record Centre and the HLF funded “Biodiversity in schools” project. Discussion followed on the response to the consultation on the HS2 route through Barnsley.
The last BBT open meeting held on Monday 14 October heard from Richard King about the work on the Landscape Partnership project for the Dearne Valley to be funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund.
